In a significant step forward for our international growth, Lumera is acquiring ITM, a leading UK provider of Life and Pensions data management and technology solutions. By integrating ITM, I am positive that you will recognize Lumera as an even more capable partner for navigating large-scale, complex transformation in the Life and Pensions space. Lumera’s largest acquisition to date, ITM brings substantial additions to our overall offering. Specifically, their team excels in data management, analysis, and cleansing.
We’re also pleased to share that Pension Fusion, developed by ITM and Equisoft, has been chosen by over 40 organizations as their connection method to Pensions Dashboards. This makes it the leading ISP in the UK, with over half of all schemes set to use Pension Fusion’s technology. This success strengthens Lumera's role in the UK market, demonstrating our commitment to delivering innovative, compliant solutions.
The UK workplace savings and protection markets are at a critical crossroads. With regulatory bodies such as the FCA pushing for more value for money and the UK Pension Regulator emphasizing streamlined management, modernization is essential. From Sweden, we are proud to announce that Lumera has entered into an agreement with SEB Pension & Insurance to deliver a new policy administration platform. Over the coming years, SEB will transition from its legacy, mostly in-house developed systems, to the Lumera Core platform. SEB Pension & Insurance, a leader in Sweden's pension and life insurance markets, is embarking on this journey to streamline operations while building a future-proof IT infrastructure.
